After you create a trading account on the platform, you will receive an email with log in details for MT5.

For those who pay commission in either BTC or ETH, the commission is 0,15% of the volume of trade. You will be able to see it in MT5.

If you are a GVT holder and use it for transaction fees, we provide a 30% discount on commission regardless the amount of GVT on balance, which will reduce the commission to only 0,105%. Moreover, there is a tiering system, which means that the more GVT you have on your internal wallet, the greater discount you will receive. For those who hold 10 GVT up to 25 GVT the discount will be 35%, up to 50 GVT — 40%, up to 100 GVT — 45%, up to 500 GVT — 50%, 500 GVT and more — 55%. You will be eligible for the discount tier after you hold the specified amount for 7 days.

So basically, the amount of discount is tied to your GVT balance on the platform and period of time it is held.

On the «Trading accounts» click «Deposit/withdrawal» button, select currency from the drop-down menu and copy the address or scan the QR code. Now you can transfer the funds from your external wallet to the internal one on the platform.

The transfer time depends on the network load which we have no influence over.

We don’t accept deposits in fiat. You are welcome to transfer GVT, ETH or BTC.

Yes, to do that choose «Internal transfer» tab in the «Transfer funds» window.

The funds will be converted according to the CryptoCompare (https://www.cryptocompare.com/) exchange rate. Kindly note that there will be a commission of 1%.

On the «Trading accounts» page click «Deposit/Withdrawal» button, go to the «Withdrawal» tab and fill in all the required fields. After you submit the request on the platform, you will receive an email with the link to confirm your request. Only after it is confirmed via this link, the processing of the request will start.

Withdrawal requests are processed in queue order. It can take up to three business days for a request to be processed. It is temporary, the process of funds withdrawal will be improved.

We will adjust the withdrawal fees according to the blockchain conditions regularly.

First, you need to withdraw funds to one of the internal wallets on the platform using the «Transfer funds» section. After that, you will be able to send funds to your external wallet address.
